Chinese languages
Please choose which Chinese language/dialect you wish your voiceover to be recorded in.
Most popular is Mandarin as this is the official language of China (probably about a billion speakers worldwide).
Cantonese is popular in South Eastern China and Hong Kong (over 70 million speakers).
In Taiwan most people speak Mandarin, but with slight differences in vocabulary, so is often referred to as Taiwanese Mandarin.
Slightly less spoken is 'Taiwanese Hokkien' language (around 16 million speakers). So if you've been asked for a recording in 'Taiwanese' it's best to check, although we would suspect the client would want Taiwanese Mandarin.
